Fascias

Fascias for your roof can be supplied and installed by 1st Choice Superseal. These products are bands of material that can cover the ends of roof rafters. They sometimes support a gutter in steep-slope roofing, but are typically used as a border or trim in low-slope roofing.

The finished surface below the fascia and rafters is called the soffit or eave, both of which are also available from 1st Choice Superseal. Soffits used to commonly be manufactured from wood, but now UPVC is the preferred material as it is hardwearing and resistant to rotting. There is also no need for future painting if you choose plastic facia boards and soffits.
